Pikok Terms & Conditions

1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Pikok platform (pikok.click) and all associated services. By opening an account or using any service on Pikok, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in full.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Pikok's services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Pikok may request age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account that fails to provide adequate proof.

Pikok reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account on Pikok. Opening an account with false details is a breach of our rules and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keep your account password confidential. Sharing your password or account with others is strictly prohibited.
• Your registered email address and phone number must remain active, as important communications will be sent through these channels.
• A copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence may be required for KYC verification.

Members are solely responsible for keeping their accounts secure. Any unauthorized access must be reported to Pikok immediately. The account holder is liable for all activity carried out through their account.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Pikok supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing typically takes between 15 minutes and up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds will only be sent to an account registered in your own name.
• Pikok reserves the right to hold payments pending investigation if a transaction appears suspicious.

Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of completion. If your balance has not been updated within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your payment reference number.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pikok offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to newly registered members and applies to the first deposit only.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x. Please check the bonus page for the specific terms of each offer.
• Certain games cannot be played using bonus funds. Restricted games will be listed in the bonus details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot generally be active at the same time. Claiming a new bonus may cancel any existing one.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

Separate terms also apply to free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. Pikok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Pikok's Sports Betting and gaming sections.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled. However, where the cash-out feature is available, partial withdrawal may be possible under specific conditions.
• Pikok reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Claims related to bets affected by internet delays during live betting will not be accepted.
• Placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Each casino game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate and rules. Please review the game information section before playing. All games operate using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pikok platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account or any attempt to hack an account.
• Colluding or entering into arrangements with other players to manipulate games.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

7Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal data is a priority for Pikok. Information provided at registration will only be used to operate Pikok's services.

• Your information will never be sold to third-party advertisers.
• Information may be shared in response to legal obligations or requests from regulatory authorities.
• All data is stored on secure servers protected by SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request correction or deletion of your personal data.

8Limitation of Liability

Pikok is committed to delivering the highest standard of service through its platform. However, Pikok's liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Pikok is not responsible for any interruption to a game or bet caused by loss of internet connection, power outage, or any other external factor.
• Pikok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Pikok is not liable for any loss caused by issues with a user's device or software.
• Pikok is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or pandemics.

Gaming inherently involves financial risk. Pikok does not guarantee wins or losses. Play responsibly and never bet beyond your means.

9Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact Pikok's customer support directly in the first instance. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• When submitting a complaint by email, please include the transaction ID and any relevant screenshots.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the senior review team.
• All disputes are subject to the final decision of Pikok's management.

10Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your Pikok account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

• To close your account voluntarily, please contact support. The process will be completed within 24–48 hours.
• Any bonus balance remaining in an account closed due to a rule violation will be forfeited.
• Real money balances in accounts closed due to fraud may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an investigation.

Even after a Pikok account is deactivated, certain user data may be retained for a specified period as required by law.
